These terms govern your use of the OnleJobs website and services. By using our website, creating an account or working with us, you agree to these terms. If you are using OnleJobs on behalf of a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Our services

OnleJobs connects businesses (“clients”) with pre-vetted remote professionals (“professionals”) and provides payroll, HR and support for professionals placed with clients. The specific terms of each placement, including hours and fees, are set out in the agreement or quote we send to the client.

Accounts

You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Professionals’ content

Professionals keep ownership of the videos and information they submit. By submitting them, professionals allow OnleJobs to host, display and share them with clients and prospective clients for the purpose of matching and hiring, and to use short excerpts to promote OnleJobs. Professionals can ask us to remove their video at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use our website or services for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Do not try to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Do not copy, scrape or reuse professionals’ profiles or videos outside OnleJobs.
• Treat professionals and our team with respect.

Fees and payment

Clients pay the fees set out in their quote or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are due on receipt.

No guarantee

We screen professionals carefully, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any hire. Clients are responsible for directing the day-to-day work of the professionals they hire and for deciding what access to give them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OnleJobs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid to us for those services in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
