Questions about bookkeeping assistants

Will my bookkeeper replace my accountant?

No. Your bookkeeper keeps your records accurate and up to date. Your accountant or CPA still handles tax returns and advice, and their work gets easier.

Is my business data safe?

Your assistant only works in the accounts and tools you give them access to. You decide what they can see, and you can remove access at any time.

What hours will my assistant work?

You agree the schedule before they start, including your local business hours. Full-time and part-time arrangements are both possible.

How much does it cost?

Plans start from $1,000 a month, with payroll, HR and support included. The exact price depends on the role, and there is no contract, so you can stop at any time.
